About Us

We are a US-based team of engineers, cryptographers, and user experience designers united by one belief: crypto should be self-custodial and stress-free. At Wault Secure, we eliminate the complexity of security. Our hardware wallet works as an extension of your own discipline, offering simplicity without backdoors.

We do not store your keys, nor do we have access to your funds. Our responsibility ends at manufacturing the most reliable hardware on the market. Every bitcoin holder deserves a wallet that feels like a bank vault in their pocket—this is the principle that guides our daily work.

How the wallet works

Your keys stay on the device. Your computer only passes along transactions to sign and the signed result.

Set up the device

Power it on and choose a PIN. The wallet creates your recovery phrase on its own screen.

Back up your phrase

Write the words on paper and keep them offline. Anyone with the phrase can restore your funds, so never type it into a website.

Review on the device

When you send crypto, the amount and address show on the wallet's own screen. Check them there.

Press to sign

Confirm with the physical button. The wallet signs inside the chip and returns only the signed transaction.

BATTERY

Inside the wallet: scroll to open it

Layer 1 of 5

Steel top shell

Brushed stainless steel protects the internals from drops, scratches and workshop wear. Tamper-evident seams show if the case has been opened.

Layer 2 of 5

Display and buttons

The screen shows the real amount and address, straight from the device. Physical buttons mean malware can't approve a transaction for you.

Layer 3 of 5

Circuit board and secure element

The secure element chip generates and stores your private keys. Transactions are signed inside the chip, and the keys never leave it.

Layer 4 of 5

Battery

A small internal cell lets the wallet run without a cable, which supports air-gapped signing.

Layer 5 of 5

Base shell and connector

The sealed base holds the board in place and carries the connector for updates and optional wired use.

Built to protect your keys

Every feature does one job: keep your private keys away from the internet and under your control.

PIN protection

The device locks itself after repeated wrong PIN attempts, so a stolen wallet is not an open door.

Secure element chip

Private keys live inside a dedicated chip built to resist physical probing.

On-screen verification

See the real amount and address on the device itself before you approve anything.

Recovery phrase backup

Restore your funds on a new device with a phrase you control. Store it on paper or steel, offline.

Optional passphrase

Add a hidden extra word for a second wallet that is protected even if your phrase is seen.

Air-gapped signing

Sign transactions without a live connection to your computer, so there is nothing for malware to reach.

Try a transaction signing

This is a simulation. It shows why you always check the amount and address on the device screen.

Your computer

The computer only prepares the transaction. It cannot sign it.

Our Goal

Our primary goal is to make hardware security the global standard for crypto ownership. We believe that no one should lose access to their bitcoin due to a hack, phishing attack, or exchange failure. By focusing exclusively on hardware, we eliminate the majority of attack vectors that plague digital currencies.

We aim to ship 1 million wallets by 2030, each one reducing the number of vulnerable online crypto holdings. Every new user who adopts a Wault Secure hardware wallet strengthens the entire bitcoin network by moving assets into self-custody. Our goal is a future where remote theft of crypto becomes virtually impossible.

Our Vision

We envision a world where crypto users no longer fear losing their life savings to a phishing link or a compromised computer. Wault Secure is building the infrastructure for a truly trustless ecosystem, where hardware verification is the norm. We see a future in which every bitcoin holder owns at least one dedicated wallet.

Our vision extends beyond just a product—it is a movement toward digital sovereignty. By making hardware wallets affordable and easy to use, we hope to onboard the next 100 million crypto users. The day when people ask "Why use a hardware wallet?" will be replaced by "Why would you ever store bitcoin without one?"

Frequently asked questions

Does Wault Secure ever see my keys or funds?

No. Keys are generated and stored on your device. We have no access to your keys or your crypto.

What happens if I lose my wallet?

Your funds are not lost. Buy a new device, choose restore, and enter your recovery phrase. Keep that phrase safe and offline.

Can malware on my computer steal my bitcoin?

Malware can't read keys that never leave the device. You also confirm every amount and address on the wallet's own screen before signing.

Which coins does it support?

Bitcoin plus a range of other cryptocurrencies. Check the Services page for the current list before you buy.

How long does setup take?

Most people finish in about 10 minutes, including writing down the recovery phrase.

Should I buy only from official channels?

Yes. Buy directly from us, check the packaging seal, and never use a device that arrives with a pre-written recovery phrase.

What if I have a problem or question?

Use the contact form below or call us. We will never ask you for your recovery phrase.
